OPERA MES (Manufacturing Execution System) delivers real time information that enables the optimization of production activities from orders launch to finished goods. OPERA MES main task is to manage and monitor the factory in real time, through web-based workstations installed across the factory,to record all information regarding production progress, the efficiency of each department, work center, operator, the controls executed on the production line, traceability of lots, process data, maintenance activities, finite capacity scheduling, etc.
